Today I realise I'm so lag for tutorials. AHHHH!
Yesterday was a busy busy day! After first period and lecture, headed over to parkway with ttk to eat pasta! Subsequently did some shopping at Giants. Headed back to school to become some buying-food-helper for my friends back in school. Had a double period prac-changed-to-tutorial. Goodness me. I think I've too little patience =X
Anyway, after lesson choinged down to bus stop, ran n got onto a 229, tried to tap my card and realise I dint bring my ez link along! Went down and found ttk sitting at the bus stop. How funny I didn't realise he was there. Thank goodness I didn't have my card if not I would've left without him! Found out later that coincidentally, Eugene was actually on that 229. So I had to walk ALL THE WAY BACK to staffroom, climb to 3rd floor, take my card and walk all the way back out, took 229 to interchange. I was half melted by then. Met mj at bedok n went to TM together. All thanks to my great idea to buy macs ice cream (fats!) we were denied entry into many shops =X ended up shopping at NTUC -.- kevin's honey (=P) remembered he loved wang wang so we got that, plus some for the stageband ppl too. Then headed back up to Toys R Us where I found out rubiks' stock has been replenished. However it's price has risen to a disgusting $14.95 for a cube. Please, get from Borders where it only costs a mere $11.90. After which we went to to Tampines Library to get books for Kevin. All I did was found FMA book and was reading it all the way believe it or not. So at long last, we made our way over to kevin's hse to talk/chill and listened to syf recordings. Ttk had to leave for army at 7pm so left 3 of us. I was a blur sotong and left my ezlink plus piano books at kevin's place! terrible! 3 of us took a cab down to school and basically spent the rest of the night alternating between the bandroom, under LT1 and the school gate till I finally left at 10plus. Thank goodness for cars. A 1hr journey was reduced to 10mins.
Today, nothing much interesting. During double prac, Eugene popped in after his excursion to PUB on ways to conserve water and guess what mr gorden koh was doing just then -- filling the sink with water to watch something which was not very spectacular after all -.- I will miss my classes. I do like them all :) But it's time for them to get a proper/less nooby tutor haha.
Headed over to Eunos where I was most tempted to head back home cause felt quite terrible. In addition, I closed my eyes for a few seconds and next thing I know, I missed my stop. But still went anyway since I was there already. Nurul hasn't been around for sometime! So today, since exams were over, the kids played maths bingo, while I 'helped' a few of them do stuffs like colouring/drawing homework. First task, draw a nurse. I was quite proud of the cute face I drew. Then I realised I've no idea how to draw a collar. And so the body was quite strange. Subsequently, I had to colour some work with crayons, then using colour pencils for another, and then draw houses, trees and more people. I think I go there to entertain the children -.- Thank goodness no badminton/ball playing/ppl carrying today.
I was unglam on the bus today. Let's not talk about it haha. Tomorrow I'm going to see my 2 favourite classes! I'm worried for 12/07's lesson tho. Worried the LT1 thingy will take too long (yr2s moving out) and lesson end early (lecturer coming in early) and so on.. Ah well hope all goes well... ZZZZOOOOOMMMM...

Today, I remembered I love tjband with all my little itsy bitsy heart. Today, I'm wishing time will crawl by or better still, stop. I wanna have more pracs. I don't want concert to be OVER. AND i wanna hear the singing part again n again. I told you it rocks. wheee :)
Today, I HAD 8 HOURS SO SLEEP! Today, I taught a k1 and k2 student successively. I was thankful to take Mervin. At last someone older who I can 'talk' to haha! I like my original students. Wei Lin is so cute! :) Today, i took 139 from plaza sing to toa payoh. It passed by jalan besar and whampoa. I am amazed, at how different and upgraded the place is. So different, from all my childhood memories. Cycling far and wide around the area, building sandcastles, playing cards on top of the fitness corner monkey bars, under void deck games, block catching, buying snacks from uncle's shop etc. Things dont remain the same eh.
The highlight of today was none other then ALUMNI! :) No regrets here. We started at 7 plus (what's new? haha) and had combine woodwind sectionals at recital studio with Timothy conducting. Very most productive I must say :) WE HAVE THE COOLEST SAXOPHONIST ON EARTH. i love the sax solo. i love love love it! Um-chio-ing already! So anyway alumni rocked cause we had a productive session.
On going back to the bandroom, we changed positions hence clarinets sitting second row! I LOVE TT PLACE MAN CAN WE PLEASE DONT HAVE TO MOVE IN FRONT! i love that angle. Where you can stare at cool players and look around at the happenings of the band from that secret quiet corner. Unlike in front where I only one view -- of the conductor. And so, Derrick is so cool. The way he plays the conga. And the tom parts at 'Death' (Deaf) for Saga. And the uber cool drum set pickups galore in galaxy express! Interesting how Lihao was busy being a percussionist for today. Bass drum so funny. So loud haha! Derrick was being funny and being a trumpeter for the day. I love his drum set. Somehow I just love the sound of it. Maybe I'm being biased :) Lookit came in just in time to play his Saga solo. I love 'Sabbath' solo parts! from 2nd alto to sop sax to tbone to trumpet! The band was uber cool today! With people like yaocong, rachel! plus the saxes galore! plus terence ho's ilove english horns solos! plus cool brasses. I loved every minute of combine today and for once I had no complains that at 10 plus we were stil ONLY at Saga :) Thank goodness for ms chew to suggest doing galaxy once through. I wanted to!

I'm tired but I shall blog all the same. Wednesday, we had pizza!! After the hot stifling disgusting weather associated with the past few days, it had to choose WEDNESDAY (of all days!) to POUR, just as we were heading out for lunch. So ran some in the rain and took a $3 cab down to Bedok Pizza Hut, and ordered 2 large pizzas. Mad, considering we had only 3 ppl! Me, Eugene and Kenneth. Rubiks away with the impossible 4x4. Plus 3x3. Attracted some quite unwanted attention. Stayed in Pizza Hut for quite a few hours (and happily skipped staff conference oops! =P) Came back and found out, we made the right choice haha! As usual, nothing concerned us. So much for bringing laptops haha.

On Thursday, we had chem meeting in which I almost died from the long hours. Missed chem lecture as a result. Quite sad haha. Lessons were fine I guess. Piano was okay. I rushed out some writings on time. Sadly, the sheets of paper I spent hours scribbling on disappeared and I'll have to redo! No time! Pre-ordered chicken cutlet lunch as usual yummy! :)
Today was Friday. Time flies eh. There's this quote around school which goes something like 'The bad thing is time flies, but the good thing is you're the pilot' interesting yeah. Food for thought. (my favourite phrase haha) Kenneth's last day! anyway, I SOLVED 4X4 TWICE TODAY! =P

Band SYF. It was a most tiring day. I followed the school to SCH. Only managed to catch hearing tjband playing but not the other bands. So I've no basis for comparison, only comparing with the standard I set in my own head. So I dont know. All I know is they played fairly okay, I love the singing part and they're probably some very high gold. 84.9 my dears! :)

I'm thankful for being in the batch I am in and experiencing what I've been through. I was telling lols if I was in their batch and vj got a gwh but tj only a gold I'll regret with my whole life not going vj. Come to think of it, truth is, I don't really care about SYF. I still love tjband, it's atmosphere, the sound we go for, the band spirit, the humbleness, and the warmth you'll find there. And tjband will always, be the best band :)

So how's this week been? Flew by as usual. Another week about to be over! I am sad. SPA these days makes life much easier. Fewer lessons! However, next week will be all tutorials. oooh. tiring.

So my other blog seems to be having problems loading. Have been having strange calls from strange people haha. I know he goes for looks tho. So for the life of me, I'll NEVER meet up haha. But i think i like things this way. I'm used to chilling out alone nowadays :)
PSC scheduled me for the panel interview. Looks like my worst fears have been confirmed. I'll be facing the panel on 21st may. I'm wondering why they bother calling me up to waste 6/8 x half an hr of their time when I'm like some anxious, shy, easily worried individual. Perhaps they have yet to look at the results I guess. I'm still feeling bitter over that interview and prison psychologist.
Till then, 1 more week left of school ahhh! :(
Yesterday was uber cool. Derrick played drum set! and the bongo parts for tango in Saga Candida. William Mavis and Lookit! PRO! damn loud... At least there were percussionists today so everything sounded less empty. Only thing only have 2 horns. But it was still amazingly super nice and loud. I thought there were more of them! It was cool. If only not for the uncomfortable-ness.
There was CCC lu yuan zhi ye at night as well. Eugene and girlfriend dropped by bandroom! haha. Waited like an eternity for 12 before going home and eating dinner at 1130!
I hope he doesnt think I'm mad. Sadly, he probably does. It was nice while it lasted.
I've never had such a longing to want to pass a script before. I'm afraid too. Afraid to see the red marks. Believe me, it deals a blow badly as well. But then again, it's not even my marks. Of course it doesnt mean that much to me as to the person the script belongs to. That I can't argue. But only know to myself that it is quite bad as well. Ah well.
Today Zachary kept playing and twirling with his big red umbrella which he insists on carrying around cause it's the latest fashion statement and he is Mr Kao's disciple. sighhh. I feel quite hopeless.
I'm terrified of piano exam. I dont know where to buy black gown and TOMORROW'S SATURDAY!
