The chicken rice aunty talked to me that day. She was asking me what I'm doing now and was commenting how time flies. From a secondary school kid, to JC, and now finish uni one year already! I think alot of coffee shop stall holders know me =X since the days in sec school where I ate out like almost EVERY single meal EVERY day. OKAY! today's the 10th of may :)

Just a random pic of the wombat family where the smallest one is MINE! given by leewei from australia! The name's Tubby :) His room, on his pink Bees and Buzz bedsheet which marcus nv fails to say as: beeessssssss and buzzzzzzzzzzzzz haa!
I know why the sun at SRC doesn't feel as hot. Because the water's cOLD! So it makes swimming much bearable! Especially when you're all hot and 'sweaty'.
Today has been such a tiring day. After 8 hours of sleep in the night, (not enough considering I had little sleep the previous night) went to NTU so swim hard. Today was pretty good I must say. Tried a new way of swimming my intervals and I think it's good :)
To leeweenam I went, to prepare for tuition, and then frenzied marking on the mrt, all the way. Till tuition at 3-5pm. I felt quite brain-fried and VERY exhausted when I reached home, and just threw myself on the bed, moaning for sometime. Decided to give up my run cuz the sky was black and growling for so long I thought it was fireworks or something. Excuses actually cuz I knew it wouldn't rain haha. BUT I seriously doubt I could've made it for 9.2km.
Tmr's swim has gone down the drain cuz kallang opens at 8am :( Hope it's like rainy or cloudy tmr afternoon! I wanna swim. Although I'm secretly glad cuz I'm tired and wanna wake up late haha.
Okay, nothing much more to say.
Monday, 9.2km.
Tuesday, stayed in the pool for like 2half hrs!
Today, lack of sleep due to late night choing-ing the night before for astro test. Thanks to marcus, I had a ride to school! Ate jap food at can15. Realised it's been a long time since I was there, but not long enough, or fond enough memories for me to miss it! haha. Home is better. I slept through quite abit of the lecture. Sorry, tired! Test was pretty okay. I've one confirm wrong alr! :( Thanks to gen I had a ride back home too! And constant thanks to Liling for mAny rides back haha.
SO, I met Leewei at 530 at the bridge and we cycled through bishan park plus abit more to get to lower pierce reservoir. I saw monkeys. Quite terrifying cuz there were like 5 of them plus like sitting on the road. Too close for comfort.
The moment I got to lower pierce, it was, marvellous, breathtaking (hahha! stageband script). Yeah it's true. It was picture-perfect :) But we were a little early for sunset at around 6.05. So, we just wandered around and I tried to take some pics, climb some rocks, admire the clouds and view, wandered into abit of forest trail but decided against it.
A few minutes is all it takes. At first the cloud lining was a little thick and I was a little disappointed. We sat at the ledge there talking. BUT, leewei was so right! (like when the clock strike 12) At almost EXACTLY 7pm, the sun went to the correct spot. You could see it approaching. And just at that time, it filled the whole sky reddish orange. The clouds were good cuz it made the whole thing so glorious. Words can't describe it. I was just standing up on tt ledge there, taking in everything. The reservoir was really nice. AND then the sky completely changed when it was setting. It just got nicer and nicer, more and more gloriously amazing :)
Pics with leewei! But still, I'll be back at lower pierce. It's amazing :)
By the time we left, it was getting dark. (duh, sun set alr) Didn't know Bishan park was so dark! I was hoping I won't roll over snails. SPED back through Bishan and the tracks. It was, super shoik.
Headed to Toa Payoh to eat some! Gave up one some coffee shops and went to try the new place instead. Okay I was hungry so food tasted pretty fine. SPED back again. I think I took 5mins or less haha. Been sometime since I rode through the industrial park and up the overhead bridge across the CTE. I was, a little scared cuz it was pretty dark and ulu-ated. But I reached home safe and sound :)
I need to train!
It's been a good day and I'm happy :)
I think I have some unfinished business -- 100m breakstroke.
So I heard I successfully wasted the entire day away!
TIME TO GET KICKING!
My back muscles are ACHING like mad. I didn't know stretchcords could unleash so much damage.
I met the most intelligent 5 year old today.
Last week 2 of my kids started having hiccups half way during class.
I used to always hear ppl saying when I was young how they can tell if a kid is clever for their age anot. I used to wonder how. I now know why. It's pretty obvious how at the same age, the level of understanding of different kids can vary so much!
Today was a record of 6half hrs STRAIGHT of teaching. One after the other, I didn't even step OUT from the studio from 930am-4pm. Thank goodness a blessing in disguise that Benjamin can't make it for the next two weeks. If not it would've been 930-645. Ouch.
I came online to find 2 particular ppl I wanted to talk to. But since they're not here ayeeeee.
I need to decide, soon, alumni, or not.
Seems like somethings seem to be repeating itself. I will NOT make the same mistakes.
FRIDAY! I draggggeeed myself to the swimming pool at kallang bahru, and I almost melted under the heat there. At one point of time the lifeguards all disappeared! I am proud to say I completed my 4x400m interval plus 6x100m interval which I set out to do! It took quite abit of self-talk.
I MET XIUYU! At parkway! Been frequenting the east these days. So many tkgs and other schs ppl around pp. They seem SO SMALL. It was ban mian and scoopz again :) I bought a nice nice bag! I MISS XIUYU! And so we just spent the whole afternoon talking about this and that :) I think I wouldnt mind doing this everyday. Havent seen her for almost a year I believe! Yet it's like still so familiar and normal haha.
So gave up on carehut and decided it's too hot to walk around tj. So met hanjie for dinner at somewhere along the katong stretch there! FOR ONCE, we didn't spend 1half hrs biting each other's head off by constant suan-ings. HAHA.
9km run was dropped when I kept waking up at night (altho it wasn't THAT hot last night). About 3 times! And I decided I'm tired. So slacked the morning quite abit. After teaching sis dragged me to do workout. So I spent 10mins workout on abs and stretchcords. Thank God for sis! If not I'll like not workout at all haha. I was like DRIPPING sweat.
So, waiting to go for bday lunch.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SIS!
Lance was commenting how good and nicely slack life is now when he was asking what I've been doing. Yeah! I'm totally enjoying it now! Waking up early, swimming, heading for lectures, home, running, meeting friends etc :)
Today, decided to go meet the rest after some persuasion. So to tkgs I went, and when I alighted, first person I saw sitting at the bus stop was mrs chan (upper sec chem teacher). She recognised me! Headed to gramercy to spend the time. They're quite unfriendly, except that they have the cheapest piano stool offer thus far at $150.
Headed to 7eleven to pass more time, where I was called by the cashier to help do translation for some china national cuz she didn't understand. IMAGINE! (that reminds me, my future husband is gonna be good in chinese and will speak chi with me and won't laugh at me!)
Miss Clarity Cafe. It was not bad. Good company! Although quite a weird combi of mj xt neem qtz guanheng twain n of cuz the bday girl -- gen! Since no one else ate there before, so to be on the safe and boring side, it was fish n chips then. I can't believe "barley-is-boring" neem also wanted to be boring n FnC-ed too.
We played spongebob monopoly! Only thing, since there were 8 of us, mj became the house, and qtz the pineapple, and I was the tallest one who plays the clarinet HAHA! We only managed to all travel one round and a half, before we gave up on playing.
I must say I did enjoy myself much :)
Well, for a moment or two, I thought we were actually friends.
DRIVING. I think I learnt quite abit yesterday. About the circuits at ubi. Hopefully I improve!
FUNNY. How I groggily got up at boon lay interchange yest and headed for the stairs to go down. Walking down, I turned to look at the person walking beside me and found her so familiar, turned out to be SHEENA ANG! After seeing julian n bryan the day before in the LT, it's only her left. Haa.
INTERESTING. How I got a lift from liling yesterday! Tell me in sec1 that one day I'll be sitting in a car with liling driving and I'll either don't believe you or feel very old. I think I'M VERY OLD NOW. Time flies uh. It's like 8 years already.
Lance said that day, biathlon is a very individual sport. I've been told that many times and it's true, seeing how all of us are really very individualistic ppl. But still, hearing that again made me think all over again.
I think I know why I was so happy that day -- for one hour or so, I was living the life of the girl that I've always wanted to be.
Yesterday, I ran 6.4km, total 6.8 if you include warm up. The most ever in my life! But I guess you can't really count it cuz I waited VERY long at the bishan park traffic lights and felt very stupid after that! Next up, 9km! *faints*
It was a simply long day yesterday, and I didn't even think twice about not going ntu band. Reason being, I had to run my 6k. Well, the night was put to much use. Packed finish the bottom cupboard and I was seriously so tired. Wanted to go online for 15mins at 10+ before sleeping but ended up talking to hanjie till 1am. I almost wanted to die.
What's the occassion? I dunno. Why do I meet up with people? Because they're my friends and you don't need an occassion to meet up. Because I miss them. Because I miss their company. Because I miss talking to them. Because there'so much to catch up on. THat's why, I CANT WAIT! to see xiuyu! I havent seen that girl for a gazillion million billion LONG years!! I hope tmr's lunch really materialises hahahhaha! and there's WENDY, my twin! so much i wanna talk to them about. there's my roomie too. haven't had a talk with her for very longggggg! :( there're my tjband frens too. can't get enough of them no matter how many times we meet yeah! :)
Haha.
Haha.
Haha.
:)
Never before wished so hard that canA was 10 shuttle bus stops away and not 2.
Haha I keep seeing lance around! He zoomed by on his bike at SRC just now haha!
21km, here I come!
On second thoughts, I think it's good to be me, and it's certainly good to be happy, and it's terribly good to let it go.
Swam in the morning and met lance, valmond and another new person, wilson. I like valmond alot. He's super funny! Now, everyone knows about the marcus in blur shirt in the no smoking poster at SRC. Wahaha. Ate lunch with them at can2! Actually, I like all the people around me! They're all so funny and NICE :)
I don't know. I don't seem to be trying very hard to train these days because muscles don't seem to ache! Makes me feel like I didn't do a workout at all. Even last time in PA, swimming 2hrs everyday, everyday I'll still have that sore muscle feeling. I'M SO SLOW!
Did I tell you how much I miss wendy! Even though we're like quite different now already. My twin! wahaha. Even till now, talking to her, makes me feel the tkg-ian in me. Somehow I thought my sense of humour has kinda disappeared after so many years :)
I watched Peter Pan the musical, borrowed from esplanade sometime ago, just so to make use of my $21 subscription payment. Once again, I am amazed at those ppl there. They're good actors/actresses, wonderful singers, and superb dancers, the classical sort. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!
A nice public HOLIDAY! Yes, it was, a holiday. I woke up LATE! Ate one weird banana which broke half way and made me banana-fied (and burped bananas for the subsequent one hour). Ate lunch OUTside. Was chauffeured to tuition! Met leewei at tpy!
AND THEN, I started day 1 where the end would mean 21.1km on 24aug. 6km today. Considering it's day 1 (the last time I ran was 1may) not bad not bad. Must be because there weren't any hills of sorts around the track. 6.4km in total (including warm up) MY MOST EVER! I came back and did abs work out. I think I almost died. 48 hours to the next time I have to run again =X Strangely, although I didn't run for so long, it wasn't muscles complaining, but just a stitch which lasted THROUGHOUT, there and back. (maybe cuz I was crawling like a snail so muscles were happier)
Time for new beginnings, new swimming programme tmr! Here goes!
Anyway, I saw a bottle of johnson baby lotion on the table, and opened the bottle to smell it, and how it reminded me of long ago, when I use to apply that lotion every saturday after our evening swimming lesson and sit at home and eat cold green beans! YUMMY.
It's unfair, how the fast just get faster, just like how the rich just get richer. Sis and mok's gonna be training with PA again! I'm so jealous. But I guess I'm too slow and will never be able to join :(
I've had some pretty smooth journeys these days. Boarded NEL train at 8.55am and reached ntu SRC in ONE HOUR. Pretty good timing wouldn't you agree! Swim was lovely, with the clouds coming as always :) Met Lance and his friend there! Swam till 11.40am. But I'm so slow! :( At one time, it was me alone in the pool again, and then the old but super fast ang moh swimmer came too. I think she swims everyday. First time bathed at SRC pool!
New foodcourt, leeweenam library, NIE gym for more than 2hrs. But I didn't even finish my sets. Met some ppl there. Spied on sis doing the zig-zag run in hockey pitch. Spent more time slacking instead. Stared at my sis running treadmill. She's amazing. Yummyyyy dinner where I had to eat one whole big fish. Slept super early at 10pm! For the first time since this year I think.
Saturday was filled with Frosties and sleeping :) But I'm having second thoughts about alumni. I don't know I don't know. I can't make it for pracs on time due to church and I don't want to go PL, neither do I want to rush out every week. It was particularly horrible this week when after finishing, worship continued for those who wanted to stay. I'd rather stay. If that's the case, and I'm getting pretty irritated during alumni, wouldn't it be better to just give it up. Where I can get some breathing space.
I have till this Saturday to make up my mind.
Another pretty smooth journey today. 35mins from time of boarding 13 to time I alighted at pandan valley! Quite a record uh.
I think it's pretty freaky the way I keep meeting this particularly person in and around school. To end up going for the same talk alone, ended up in the same elective, and SOMEHOW kept meeting around school, even taking SAME BUS when like there were so many other buses, and boarding same time. Pretty strange.
Sometimes I think I'm gonna be a jack of all trades and a master of none. Somehow I can't seem to let go of music, neither can I seem to let go of sports. But somehow I've lost the passion to strive perfection in music, and I don't seem to have the determination to push myself while training. Trapped.
A beautiful song with really such meaningful lyrics. A song about what worship rEALLy means. Not about songs. Not about music. I like the part which says 'For a song in itself is not what You have required'.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tq62ggQKYJY&feature=related
Heart of Worship
When the music fades
All is stripped away
And I simply come
Longing just to bring
Something that's of worth
That will bless your heart
I'll bring You more than a song
For a song in itself
Is not what You have required
You search much deeper within
Through the way things appear
You're looking into my heart
I'm coming back to the heart of worship
And it's all about You
All about You, Jesus
I'm sorry Lord for the thing I've made it
When it's all about You
All about You, Jesus
And every Sunday evening, I start the ritual of sitting at the zi char stall, waiting for my weekly dose of hor fun (one and only real meal every Sunday) and marvelling at how amazing that stall is being run. This aunty can balance 5 plates of rice on ONE HAND! Isn't it a little hot.
Watching Prelude 25 dvd, our stageband! I forgot how COOL OUR PROPS WERE! especially lookit's light sabre! And the purple doors, our favourite bush, the heart, scissors, duke's mansion sign, the pitchfork! :) AND how funny bernard's voicing is -- you know, only the handsome can see it. AND how cute tingzhang is! all his impromptu-ness on that day itself, it's just so QTZ! That role was like written for him larh! The funniest of all, was of course mj knocking off tchow's specs. THAT was the ultimate unplanned for moment!
that's my beloved batch back then in tjband :)
Stayed over in Hall 2 yesterday, and once again realised how very small Singapore is! Band at night for the last time hopefully. I was seriously teetering at the edge of my endurance and I'm glad it's THE END.
Early morning swim after 2 weeks! The pool had alot of insects today. Eww. Weather was okay, swim was slow like a snail. I left my watch at the pool! But when I went back one hour later it as still there! So thankful :)
Don't you think the guy in the hyperspace video looks so evil haha! Anyway, if the world was to be hit by a comet or asteriod and destroyed, if it is planned by God to happen (at His own timing) no amount of man-made nuclear devices to blow it up will deter it from happening. I think they should just save the money.
Today, I had a workshop in church. I think it was good and pretty fun and I learnt loads. There was Ubrina, Steph, Alana, Ee Li and me! (Bern as organising comm) I like Sovereign Hill's Gold Mine station! So fun! I love the campus folks :)
PS Gelare for dinner with luther ttk neohaosiang qtz n lols! It's so NOT worth the money, half price or not.
We went to watch Harold and Kumar at Cathay. I must say I didn't know what I was in for when I bought the tic. It's the worst movie I've ever watched in my whole entire life. I was terribly disgusted. And spent half the time shutting my eyes. It should be some R21 show and NOT M18. I think I'd prefer to be below 16 years old thank you very much. I was so put off, I really wanted to walk out of the cinema then and there. But didn't think it was very nice to the others. The overall plot of the story was a little funny though.
Who/What is your greatest loyalty in life?
Headed for the roads of Ubi today. Every lesson, I wonder how am I every gonna pass my driving!!! :(
Down to pandan valley for a make up class, and then off to sis' place to be a maid for the day, washing shoes, packing her place, moving stuffs. Sucked up a disgusting dead cockroach which has been lying under mok's bed for one week with a vacumn cleaner. Nice yummy dinner (free) of zi char with sis mok n dad.
Then I spent the next few hours listening to band music, getting high for disco party (today my turn) and talking to people.
I CANT BELIEVE I JUST WASTED THE ENTIRE NIGHT.
Facebook floods my email. Especially the comments on pictures.
Having wasted like one week plus of holidays away, I'm gonna be GOOD from now on, and start by sleeping early! Erm, from tomorrow onwards. Perfect, here I come!
PRELUDE 28!
it was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! For once it wasn't Burger king at city hall for dinner. SUBWAY, my not-so-new-found love. For once we're not running to VCH and arriving 5mins late. We were actually seated 5mins before the concert started and it was a 7pm concert instead of 7.30pm! I think they were pretty smart to make it earlier. Well, considering it's a TJ concert, no wonder we were all early.
So walking from city hall to vch along padang was lovely lovely. We all looked like beggars or something, eating subway while walking. Apparently a whole bunch of ppl were led by us and when me n lols stopped to take a pic we kinda caused a traffic jam haa! I just miss them so :) We had, qtz xt gen lols neem pamwam rachel mj kev ttk wongliming! tt's like almost our whole batch - those on guard duty :( - those who flew off to other countries and - a random few here n there. Sat together w luther ter ho and inez! It was like a mini gathering of alumni. Pretty cool :)
TJBAND IS LOVE. The band had an impressively good opening! Sound was lovely. It was THE tjband sound! I think, staying in ntu band has really made me appreciate tjband so much. Coming from tkgs, to tj, I guess I've never really appreciated where I came from since it's such a part of us to listen, tune, blend and go for tone. But after ntu-ing for one year (give me a N!) I think I appreciate it so much more, and I was hooked onto the tjband sound from the very start. my jnr said: but when we entered for hans i got goosebumps!
The power of tjband magic, it's experienced by every batch which pass by. A junior 3 years younger than me, her nick says: tjcsb magic <3
It was so happening, and the band sounded so good, the audience just sat in their seats after everything and like nobody moved. There was total silence such that even after planning for so long, there was still time to shout: tjband rocks. We were quite high, with tj cheer, shouting lin sheng! and waving at him etc haha. Saw many ppl there!
After waiting an eternity for kevin n mj (dunno WHAT were they doing... we're like year4 already, time to retire from manual labour hahha) we headed to marina square. The walk was fUN! going through esplanade, the beauty of the entire area at night, snapping pics along the way, walking with everybody :) 24hrs macs was like -----, so we headed to carl's jnr.
I think prelude 28 was magic for us all :) Looking at everybody's msn nicks and blog entries. It rekindled the love which for the past year was buried under all the busy-ness and the new life of uni and army.
The concert was a blast, I'm so proud of the jnrs and tjband. WELL DONE!
TJCSB IS LOVE :)
I've been pretty slack over this past week!
Monday morning woke up at unearthly hours to have driving at 8.15AM. Somehow I couldn't park for nuts. Don't ask me whyyyyy. He had a student after me and due to shortage of time, part of the lesson included driving HOME from toa payoh. It was the open roads with the morning traffic, travelling at 60km/h! I'm quite honoured the need to get to his next venue outweighed the horrors of my driving such that he even considered the thought of releasing me driving onto the main roads.
Marina square for porridge buffet with seniors + marilyn n damien. Marilyn commented it's like two big brothers bringing their little sisters out for some outing. HOW TRUE. haa. Chocolates from Japan! :)
It was then off to esplanade. I love that place :) It's just SO artsy. I like! Some cool exhibits along the way some time back.
Zoomed to airport to pick sis and ended up pushing her around terminal 3. It's SO EMPTY. LOOK! Not a single person in sight. Well the pic is a little blurred cuz I was trying to walk faster than mom so that I can snap a pic before she entered the pic. BUT she was walking like a bullet train so before I could stabilise she kept entering the pic.
So from home, we flew to airport, down to sis' place at kent ridge, then back to central. Ate dinner at Whampoa food centre. FULL.
Headed to school on Tuesday for Astro and subsequently spent a few hours in lee wee nam photocopying scores! Wednesday was more of the same, except that we shifted out at night. So it's home sweet home permanently.
It was pretty depressing, to walk along PPCC and see the noticeboard with a humongous poster of an evil looking mozzie (i hate them!) and the poster saying: No matter where you live, it can still find you. how true how true.
Thursday was esplanade in morning to return scores and to borrow the duet book! You know, how I love that place so! I can't imagine how ppl don't know that place. It's a chocolate haven too looking at the number of chocolate shops. At 12.45pm, I was still AT ESPLANADE. and my lesson was suppose to start at 1.30pm. So I reached school about an hour later with the lecture JUST starting. Not bad not bad.
I went back tj with ex-roomie (haha!) yesterday and we sat in for their last prac before today's concert. Hearing Lin Sheng conduct was amazing. The tj sound is still there after all. I was really simply filled with joy, to hear how he kept tuning oh-so-patiently and not giving up till perfection was achieved. It can be really tiring and boring to keep tuning and tuning, but lin sheng being lin sheng aimed for THAT sound. The ball, he was saying :) And together, they tried and tried till the sound wasn't so harsh. Tjband IS love :) It was really so nice to be back!
(taken after alumni last weekend)
Well, the place is REALLY a junk yard. First, I commented to lols. Then, ms chew said: Nowadays band room cannot walk one. Then when we met mr wong outside school after dinner, he said: wah the band room uh! Every time before concert lidat one.
I shudder to think the state of the band room NOW. But excusable larh. There's props after all. Hope stageband will be good. I think whatever it is, tjband will always be tjband :) I think, I like the brasses aLOT. The tbones are pretty cool and the basses are rather nice and the horns sound good together! Trumpets quite powerful altogether. Saxes have nicenice sounds! And I simply love ke jian's playing. Maybe I'm biased, but his sound to me, has a special quality which floats and has a life of it's own.
Heard ms chew give her "you-wont-remember-your-tutorials" speech for the umteenth time haha. But it's true. AND it's like wah so fast THEY're graduating already. Time really flies.
Wenyi is a pretty cool guy. The play was nice. Except my butt kinda hurt from sitting so long in one position afterward. Took 13 home with a 1hr bus ride. My butt was seriously dying after that.
I like quotes. I saw this on some construction site on the bus: Don't test gravity, check your safety.
I found it pretty amusing.
Another one on the NEL line. They used to have many nice quotes back then when I was in secondary school. Here's one recently: A good criterion for measuring your success in life is the number of people you made happy.
I like the city hall raffles place VCH esplanade area. Looking at the marina bay area is really a wonder! Look at the number of cranes in that area. No wonder the construction industry has such a high demand. The landscape is really going to change aLOT in the coming years!
I LOVE TJBAND. I can't wait for tonight's concert, it's gonna be the Prelude 28! To think that I've been to every Tjband concert since Fiesta 2002, Prelude 23, Fiesta 2003, Prelude 24. Played in Fiesta 04, Prelude 25, Fiesta 05, Prelude 26. Played as alumni for Fiesta 06, Prelude 27, Fiesta 07. And this is gonna be a tj concert I'm there as an audience since before stepping into tjband :)
Qtz's poser orange shoes!
Thursday, Labour Day! A pretty quiet day. Supposed to wake up at 7am for early morning run, but apparently just as I was heading to bed, ppl started talking to me about some quite serious stuff, so decided to hang around to talk. Hence, I woke up at like 8+am but weather was perfect and went for my jog anw at like 9+am. On normal days it would've been pretty hot by then but prasie God for His wonderfulness serious! Whenever I head to the pool, the moment I jump in the clouds will mysteriously come! (I'm NOT solar powered like marcus, in fact I'm solar un-powered)But there're times when I'm feeling in need of the sun and it wouldn't go away :) Pretty much slacked around, quiet time, piano, lunch, till roomie came at around 3pm and caught me stoning! It was a whirlwind one hour with leewei coming back too!
Dinner at Canadian Pizza (since subway was closed) with my book :) I was leaving canA when I turned and looked and saw something so beautiful, I headed back, climbed to the top of North spine and walked to the end of N2 to catch a most lovely twilight. The wind was gloriously cooling, I didn't wanna leave. I felt so rejuvenated.
Believe it anot, these are actually taken in NTU! Colours are a little too blue and not as nice as the actual thing cuz taken using hp camera. Lighted building is NIE.

By the time I reached back, bathed, packed abit more, it was time to sleep! Suppose to wake up at 630am for 7am swim, but I woke up at like 730am instead, to churning black clouds outside! With the most loveliest of morning winds.
Now in this terrible weather, you know when to sleep and wake up. I quite like this weather though. Despite the scorching heat giving rise to stifling rooms (okay why did those 2 ppl laugh at me over that word) -- 34degrees out there says my roomie, still it's pretty nice i think. It's resulting in some very beautiful sunsets, lovely BLUE skies, and lots of pretty clouds in wisps. Keep your eyes peeled! Lovely weather, apart from sweating like a bucket the minute you start moving anywhere without a fan blowing right at you.
Byebye Hall15.
Home sweet home. People take hours to move out, I take 10mins. Packed a few places at home and found this file given by hk long ago. I miss all of tHEM! and those days filled with crap where we can sit after band and talk for hours on end about everything and anything. Please don't ever eat fast food with them. Or if you do, don't drink gassy drinks. Cuz all the laughter makes you feel terribleeeee cuz gas + ALOTALOT of laughter is not very good :)
In the evening, met NELians minus roomie hS bday girl and plus qtz n ttk for our normal last minute bday shopping spree around kovan's heartland mall which I repeat, has nothing, and so we always say.
Bernard: Home
Me: Then how come you're carrying a bag? (his crumpler)
Bernard: Oh, to put my keys.
Took a bus to Serangoon and walked over. Bought bubble tea on the way. As Bernard said: Overall rating -- Failed. So after walking for very long, we were only at Blk240. Target block --> 302!!
Plan was to camp at xt's house. It was quite exciting. Except for the fact tt we had to wait for like 1half hrs. And I found out how irritating mj can be and how nice xt must be to find tt behaviour NORMAL!! hahhaha.... qtz is like damn funny i miss him! n bernard tooo! So we spied on kevin's blog and facebook after our plan succeeded (at last) Left house too late to catch last bus and had to cab home!
Saturday! Terrible trying to get from Adam to TJ. Cab cost $15.95 after taking from Bishan. First time travelling the KPE! Tunnels are pretty cool. Except tt I think I was cheated and brought on a longgg journey. So when I reached, created a super loud commotion with the main gate plus the chain. AHHA. Such that when I met grace when I at last let myself in, she said: yeah I heard. oopss. Flooded everywhere with lights as usual. (I on the lights at every corridor I walk by) They were tuning when I entered, and I only managed to play like 2 notes in the band room before going out and the moment I sat down, we started the first song, Saga no.2 (I still dunno the name) from figure A which is the clarinet part. Like AGAIN. I was like so out of tune! But I quite like tt old instru. You have to admit, old instrus are rather nice. Or isit my $250 mouthpiece haa.
We ended at 10pm. Prac was good! :) I like. Terence ho behind doing the running notes is damn cool. I think I need more of this. To build up my confidence, and to change my perspective of playing! :) By the time we packed up + the discussion of posters, tix, shirts, attire etc, it was 1045pm! STARVING like dinosaurs, fried rice has never tasted to yummydelicious! Reached home when the clock struck 12.
Today, had many long breaks. To be exact it was a FOUR HOUR BREAK. Since student came late at 430 instead of 4pm. Woah too much mann. When I didn't msg the day before to remind about the lesson he forgot the time!
LOOONNNNGGG + early day tmr so I'm off! ~
