37.5, but that's not the end

Left the house this morning at 7.20am for TPY stadium where I did my 37.5 rounds.
Thank God for the weather really! For the old ladies and their interesting exercises which kept me sane for the first 5km. For the middle aged man who kept looking over his shoulder but with me steadily hitting my timings, refusing to go faster, and thinking "nevermind I still have 7.5 more rounds, see if you can maintain the pace!" which got me through the second set. And the more-than-30-rounds thing and hence the last set.
Hard to imagine, this is actually not the end, and the actual race, is gonna be worse, much much worse :( Imagine, add FIFTEEN more to what I just did. *faints
My shirt was so drenched in sweat it was like so cold even when I start to jog that I got the I-just-simply-reFUSE-to-run-ANYmore-Roderick-syndrome. (I'll forever remember the time he just plain refused to run for the bus) And so I ended the day with 18km and walked the remainder 3km home. Okay, I did jog a little. So coincidentally, leewei only reached the track when I JUST finished my run.
SO I brought my fat ass down to the pool to swim. I ended up doing tuesday's programme. Like everything! Including the drills and the 'sprints'. (Not a very successful attempt there) Except the mainstroke I alternated cuz I wanted to save the legs for tmr at least.
Came home and out again immediately to meet Lols Marc n Lw for lunch. We went Sizzlers! Now I know how come the name sounds so familiar. Cuz TPY has one too! So I always see it. We ate the salad bar. Very good and yummyyyyy! I recommend! SO full, till now, I'm still so full. That was my dinner! It was really nice to be out, the four of us :)
Taught Hannah and reached back only at 8pm. When the bus went by passione I looked in as usual and guess who I saw! The sister! So I alighted and went to say hi for the fun of it. And then, when I reached the bus stop, the same bus number came at the moment. So I boarded it and the journey continued as if I never stopped haha.
Shall go sleep. Really tired.
