40s for 50m breast and 1min30 for 100m breast! :) PBs by uhhh 1s. Hmmm, improvement of 1s in 1 year? Not good not good. But at least I improved. Next up is IVP and if I'm to do any better it means sub 40, sub 1.30 and sub 3.20! That is if I'm to swim all 3.
Today's training was totally SLACK. I was like nua-ing all the way in the pool. Great weather though and nice to have the entire pool to ourselves (since pool opens 11am on monday) when the sky is bright!
I had a super great run with realllllyyyy amazing timings. Did a normal x2 around school. The first round clocked a 28min40s! The second round 20s FASTER. And it wasn't an all out sprint altho I was going a little fast. I mean I used to do 35min for a slow, 33min for a normal, 31min for a fast one. Okay, but that was before I trained haha. STill! :)
Yesterday, in the train, I was looking around and thinking "I prob can run longer and faster than maNy of these ppl around me, but I'm not good enough to be tops". And so, what should I do with this? Looking at SUniG pics (WHY do ppl like to take so many pics!!!!!) I seem to have grown aLOT bigger. Shoulders so huge (yucK) but arms really have muscles! (hehe) I've come a longgggg way :) And is everything gonna disappear after this year?
Sigh. To think it all started last year, on this very strange day which I still remember haha..............
The weekend run was unfruitful :(
Blogging's been pretty random these days. Cheers to recess week! It should be termed "study week" instead uh.
