First you have to change and get ready. Then warm up. Then the main exercise itself. Cool down. Statics. Cool down. Shower.
THEN, when the muscles don't feel right, you spend close to ONE HOUR triggerball-ing. And then the next hour, ice-pack-ing. Well, hope the time was well spent! Legs be better tmr!
I like to wave at ppl when running around school. Makes me feel like...................... a CYCLIST! Hehe.
After 3 years, I still detest presentations as much. Just that, the preparation time taken to do each is getting shorter and shorter.
And the butt is really tightly achey and all!
I spent the entire afternoon skype-ing with not just the one in Thailand, but with the one in Malaysia too! Hehe :)
