Take a snapshot!
Yes, it's addictive!
I am still amazed how just by seeing a certain squirrel on my computer screen can make my happy index jump tenfold! :)
Yesterday's run was a run in a long time since I ran. I don't know to be happy that I still half remember how to run, or sad that I've half forgotten how to! And such a short run wasn't at all friendly on the shins! :(
I feel so sore all over, like my body's been to war and back. The first 1km in the water was like total crap. Rest day it is today. Great weather in the pool though and I finished the intended sets.
Tomorrow we shall begin again!
