These 16 weeks are going to FLY by so fast, it's not even funny!
I can't believe it's ONLY the fourth day of school. It feels like I've been here, forevvveeerrrrrrr and it's been some pretty crazy days of running around like a headless chicken ever since I landed in Tallahassee.
Like,
really.
I like to be busy though, so, busy days are always good.
I can't imagine a week ago, I was in Aspen, right at this moment, having dinner, trying to pack, and about to head to the Tent to say bye to Peter in a bit. Aspen, along with everything beautiful connected with it, seems like two (or more) life times ago.
I guess sometimes, one has to be stupid to learn and then continue growing up. It's not so exponential anymore, the growth I mean, but I guess I'm going to be growing up for the rest of my life.
I like my new place for a variety of reasons. I love the kitties although they're still so shy! I love my little/big room (after the blue room, B's place and B-game, everything else is HUGE and luxurious indeed!). I love the running route in the park. I love the little pond where sunsets are beautiful. Most of all, I think I just need a new place where I feel comfortable, and where it's a new playground, a new place to explore and get used to.
I'm kinda suspecting that I thrive on change and that I need it. And I can't decide if that's a good or bad thing.
It's been a while since I've rambled so much, just because I've been on the phone (and Facebook) way more than I should be!
But it's nice to take some time to sit here and type some random words before organising my piano tech stuff, drilling out my broken screw in my cheek block, and practising the organ.
And also, I'm just trying to mend that crack that has unknowingly grown so big, that it hurts to hurt.
